Cookie Policy
Lulio sets a session cookie, strictly necessary for the service to work. Analytics use no cookie.
The strictly necessary cookie
- A session identifier, opaque, containing no usable personal data
- Necessary to stay signed in and for the site to work — without it, staying identified from one page to the next is impossible
- Exempt from consent under CNIL guidelines, as it is strictly necessary for the requested service
The preference cookie
If you close the banner suggesting the Android app, a cookie remembers it for a year so it is not shown again. It holds nothing else and is only set at your request.
Audience measurement
- OpenPanel counts page views, where visits come from, clicks on buttons and how far a page is scrolled
- It also records whether a form is started, sent or rejected (never what is typed in it), the steps of sign-up and subscription, and when episodes are opened and finished
- It runs on our own server, sets no cookie and receives no email, first name or account identifier
Signing in with Google
If you choose to sign in with a Google account, Google may set its own cookies during that step, under its own responsibility. Lulio neither reads nor uses them.
In the Android app
The app uses the session cookie, to keep you signed in, and the same audience measurement as the website: no cookie, no email, no first name or account identifier. No advertising tool is loaded there.
Deleting the session cookie
You can delete it from your browser settings; you will then simply be signed out.
